Company Overview

Our client is a fast-scaling marketing agency helping top creators, publishers, and consumer brands acquire and monetize high-quality subscribers. In just 18 months, they’ve grown to a fully remote global team of ~13, trusted by leading newsletters and expanding into DTC and e-commerce growth.

Your Role

You’ll sit at the intersection of research, strategy, and copy—translating audience insights into creative campaigns that deliver direct-response results. Success means consistently producing ad concepts and briefs that designers and editors can execute into top-performing assets.

You will:

  • Research audience motivations, objections, and behaviors across channels.
  • Develop creative strategies and ad angles that drive conversions.
  • Write hooks, scripts, and copy for multi-format ads.
  • Prepare detailed briefs for designers and editors.
  • Analyze performance data to refine messaging and angles.
  • Collaborate with the founder and creative team on campaign direction.
  • Occasionally join client calls to present insights and rationale.
Your Qualifications

You bring:

  • A strong portfolio of direct-response ads that delivered results.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills (hooks, benefits, CTAs).
  • Ability to think strategically about audience psychology.
  • Familiarity with multiple ad formats (static, video, advertorial, UGC).
  • Analytical mindset with comfort reviewing KPIs and iterating.
  • Clear English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Adaptability to a fast-scaling, process-building environment.

Bonus points:

  • Experience with direct-to-consumer or e-commerce brands.
  • Exposure to newsletter growth campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and ad libraries.
  • Comfort with remote, async-first collaboration.
