Job summary

PBK Architects, Inc. is seeking a Creative Strategist I to support pursuit production and daily marketing operations. You’ll help prepare proposals, presentations, and collateral while coordinating with teams and vendors to position the firm to win work.

You’ll maintain marketing databases, assist with research and special projects, and learn the firm’s pursuit lifecycle, tools, and standards in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
1+ years of relevant experience or internship
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to learn in a fast paced environment

The Creative Strategist I supports pursuit production and day-to-day marketing operations while developing the core storytelling and execution skills at the heart of the Creative Enterprise. As a key production contributor, this role helps prepare the proposals, presentations, and collateral that position the firm to win work. Working across multiple teams, the Creative Strategist I maintains marketing databases and resource materials, coordinates with team members and vendors, supports research and special projects, and steadily learns the firm’s pursuit lifecycle, tools, and standards.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

Ability to learn in a fast paced environment

Here’s How You’ll Stand Out:

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator for proposal production.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Deltek Vantagepoint.
Exposure to A/E/C marketing and pursuit processes.
