You have a strong foundation in digital marketing (whether it’s paid ads, content, or

Over the next 12–24 months, you’ll gain real, hands-on experience scaling marketing

revenue and expand into new markets.

We need a Creative Strategist (Marketing Manager) who’s ready to roll up their sleeves,

execute, optimize, and help scale our campaigns profitably. If you’re looking for

mentorship, growth, and hands-on experience in performance marketing, this is the

What You’ll Do:

Manage & Optimize Marketing Campaigns: Work on Meta, Google, TikTok, and

YouTube Ads, ensuring that performance meets KPIs and ROAS targets.

Execute & Test Creative Strategies: Work with designers, video editors, and

external teams to develop and test new ad creatives.

Analyze Performance & Suggest Improvements: Track key marketing metrics,

identify trends, and recommend optimizations.

Assist with Marketing Operations: Support campaign setup, tracking, and

reporting using tools like Shopify, TripleWhale, and Motion.

Coordinate with External Agencies & Creators: Work with agencies, freelancers,

and UGC creators to ensure smooth execution.

Stay on Top of Marketing Trends: Continuously research and experiment with new

marketing channels, ad formats, and audience strategies.

TL;DR: You’ll execute and optimize paid campaigns, analyze performance, test

creatives, and contribute to the brand’s overall marketing success.

What You Need to Succeed:

1–3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce.

Basic experience running Meta & Google Ads (either managing or assisting).

Data-driven mindset—you make decisions based on numbers, not just intuition.

Tech-savviness—comfortable using marketing tools like Google Analytics, Shopify,

and ad platforms.

Strong communication skills—you can collaborate with designers, video editors,

and external partners.

A figure-it-out mentality—you take initiative, solve problems, and adapt to

fast-moving projects.

Passion for learning and growth—you want mentorship, hands-on experience,

and the chance to scale a fast-growing brand.

TL;DR: You have 1–3 years of marketing experience, a basic understanding of paid

ads, are data-driven, tech-savvy, a strong communicator, and eager to grow.
