Palette is a fast-growing startup at the center of the creator economy. Our team of 40+ is working towards defining the standard for talent management and marketing in an era of new media dominated by digital-first entertainers.

Our management infrastructure mirrors the depth of attention given to the world’s biggest cultural and entertainment icons, and previously reserved for artists in traditional arenas of entertainment. Today, we serve as the nerve center for a roster of 165+ creators and influencers with a combined following of 500M+ serving over 4.7B impressions monthly on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Snapchat. Our creators have starred in Super Bowl commercials, launched national brands, and have been featured in nearly every major publication.

Our marketing agency executes strategy for some of the most influential brands and organizations in the world, including: The White House, Amazon and simplehuman. 42% of Americans under the age of 40 are no longer accessible through traditional marketing channels like television – we enable organizations to speak to those audiences. Our marketing team has been recognized with 4 Shorty Impact Awards, and has advised two US Presidents on the future of the internet.

The Role:

Palette is seeking a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes digital culture and is eager to

bring bold, innovative ideas to life across a diverse range of clients. In this role, you’ll

collaborate closely with our talent network to develop strategies for well-known brands and

organizations. We're looking for someone who’s curious, agile, and unafraid to experiment. You

thrive on turning insights into action, sweat the small stuff, and push creative boundaries with

intention and purpose.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor emerging trends across social media platforms, evaluate the performance of prospective clients and their competitors, and translate insights into actionable strategies that inform creative direction.
  • Lead Creative Strategy: Develop creative and innovative, multi-platform, social media campaigns for our clients that meet their organizational + business goals based on deep research of our clients, their audience, and their competitors.
  • Champion Culture & Trends: Stay tapped into digital culture, emerging creator voices, and storytelling formats to ensure Palette's work stays fresh, relevant, and resonant.
  • Have a deep understanding of existing and emerging social media platforms.
  • Oversee the Production of Client Deliverables: This includes writing memos, developing presentations, and other client collateral (creator briefs, script-writing), as well as editing team members' contributions.
  • Project Execution: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including creators and vendors) to bring bold, platform-native influencer campaigns to life--from concept to content delivery.
  • Oversee Client Budgets: Adhere to project budgets.
  • Assist with Account Management: Earn trust and maintain healthy relationships with our clients.

Business Development:

  • Assist with new business collateral development, such as pitches and proposals.

Qualifications

  • 6-10 years experience in influencer marketing, content development and/or social media strategy, with a portfolio of high-impact, cross-platform campaigns.
  • At least 4 years of experience working at a creative, communications, influencer and/or advertising agency.
  • Deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem
  • A Passion for content and storytelling.
  • Deep experience analyzing both quantitative and qualitative to drive actionable strategies
  • Ability to understand clients' needs and tailor custom strategies accordingly
  • You spend a great deal of time on social media and know the latest trends.
  • You follow industry trends and news related to influencer marketing, social media, entertainment, and talent management.
  • You are an excellent writer, communicator, and presenter: you know how to tailor your ideas and delivery for specific audiences.
  • You have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have an eye for detail and thrive in fast-paced environments.
