About DMoose:

DMoose is a fitness brand on a mission to empower people to take charge of their fitness journey with premium, innovative products that inspire healthier, stronger lifestyles. As we expand our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operations, we are seeking a Creative Strategist to join our team and craft engaging, results-driven campaigns tailored for fitness enthusiasts.

Role Overview:

As a Creative Strategist, you will conceptualize and develop high-performing ad creatives across paid media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google. You’ll work closely with the Paid Media and Paid Search teams to translate audience insights into compelling visuals and messaging, ensuring alignment with DMoose’s brand voice and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Head of Growth and Paid Media teams to develop ad campaigns targeting fitness enthusiasts, athletes, and health-conscious individuals.
  2. Conduct audience research to identify key pain points, motivations, and preferences.
  3. Create performance-driven ad copy, storyboards, and video concepts for social media, email, and other digital platforms.
  4. Test different creative approaches (e.g., UGC, product demos, testimonials) to optimize performance.
  5. Stay updated on fitness and wellness trends to ensure DMoose content resonates with its target audience.
  6. Work with designers and video editors to produce high-quality assets aligned with the DMoose brand.
  7. Analyze creative performance data to refine campaigns and improve engagement, CTR, and ROAS.

Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist or in a similar role for a fitness, health, or wellness brand.
  2. Proven ability to create scroll-stopping ad creatives that drive conversions.
  3. Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google).
  4. Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
  5. Familiarity with fitness communities and culture is a must.
  6. Data-driven mindset with a passion for analyzing and optimizing creative performance.
