Senior Motion Designer

Creative Remote Full-time

Lead motion design across commercial campaigns, brand systems, and digital content. You'll create cinematic animations, title sequences, and visual effects that define the look and feel of major brand campaigns. Experience with After Effects, Cinema 4D, and AI-assisted motion workflows required.

Operate and refine our AI-native production pipeline across image generation, video synthesis, and asset scaling. You'll work directly with creative directors to translate campaign concepts into production-ready AI workflows, managing prompt engineering, model selection, and quality control across tools like Midjourney, Runway, and Stable Diffusion.

Build and maintain the web platforms, internal tools, and client-facing applications that power our studio operations. You'll work across Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Rust, shipping high-performance systems that handle everything from campaign dashboards to content delivery infrastructure.

Develop campaign strategies that connect brand objectives to creative execution. You'll lead discovery sessions, define creative briefs, map audience insights to visual direction, and ensure every project has a clear strategic foundation before production begins. Agency or brand-side strategy experience required.

Own the post-production pipeline from rough cut to final delivery. You'll edit commercial spots, brand films, and social content while managing color grading, sound design, and finishing workflows. Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and familiarity with AI-assisted editing tools preferred.

Design brand systems, campaign assets, and digital experiences across web and social platforms. You'll create everything from pitch decks and style guides to social templates and landing pages. Strong typography, layout, and visual identity skills required. Figma expertise expected.

Manage end-to-end production across commercial, brand, and content projects. You'll coordinate timelines, budgets, talent, and deliverables while interfacing with clients and internal teams. Experience producing at a studio, agency, or production company required. Comfort with fast-paced, AI-augmented workflows preferred.

Build polished, high-performance web experiences for clients and internal platforms. You'll implement complex animations, interactive components, and responsive layouts using React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Canvas/WebGL. An eye for design and obsession with performance are essential.
