Job summary

Wise Owl Animal Hospital seeks a Social Media & Marketing Assistant to manage our digital presence across our website, Facebook, Instagram, and Google. This role is designed to be part of a full-time schedule (34–40 hours) with potential for some remote work and a minor hourly pay increase.

• Experience creating engaging social media content.
• Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Wise Owl website with staff info, services, promotions and resources.
• Create engaging content including photos, graphics, educational posts, and promotional materials.
• Design and schedule 2–3 posts per week across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Develop captions, marketing materials, and campaign ideas in the Wise Owl voice.
• Coordinate with teams to collect content and support fundraising and events.
