Job summary

Gray Media's WOIO/WUAB in Cleveland, OH seeks a Creative Services Producer/Editor to craft advertising and content for broadcast and digital platforms. You will drive creative concepts, manage shoots, and coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines.

The role requires 2–3 years of marketing/production experience, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, and strong editing skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on marketing and/or broadcast production experience.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and strong camera/editing skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with internal and external partners.
• Spanish language skills are a plus and helpful for outreach.

Responsibilities

• Create advertising and content for broadcast and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Programming, and other teams to deliver projects.
• Manage multiple assignments from concept to completion under tight deadlines.
• Ensure quality control and on-time delivery for all deliverables.
