Job description

eosera® is changing the way people think about ear care—and beyond. As one of the fastest-growing consumer health companies in the U.S. and a four-time Inc. 5000 honoree, we build science-backed products that solve real problems. Our mission is big, our team is highly collaborative, and we are scaling quickly. We're seeking passionate, driven individuals to join our collaborative team who champion our core values: Empowerment, Collaboration, Bravery, and Positivity.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Creative Services Manager who loves design, thrives in collaboration, and wants true ownership of visual execution across packaging, retail, Amazon, web, and social. This role is both tactical and operational: you will design hands-on while also managing timelines, proofing rounds, type edits, and cross-functional approvals. The Creative Manager plays a key role in ensuring eosera® assets are visually strong, production-ready, compliant, and delivered on schedule.

You will partner closely with the Brand & MarComms Manager (messaging and voice), the Social Media Manager (content execution), and the eCommerce Manager (digital shelf assets). The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to build a fast-growing brand. This is a hands-on design role for someone who enjoys building, refining, and elevating a brand while working inside a regulated, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate brings ideas to the table, respects brand guardrails, and thrives in team-based creative decision-making. This position combines high-level creative judgment with operational discipline and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced, regulated, high-growth environment.

Requirements
  • Full-time, on-site role, based in Fort Worth, TX.
  • Some evening or weekend availability may be required during launches, deadlines, or retail reset season.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own packaging design execution, including dielines, layouts, production-ready files, and print specifications.
  • Manage packaging rounds, including type edits, proofing, version control, and stakeholder approvals.
  • Ensure all packaging and print materials are accurate, compliant, and ready for production.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of packaging files.
  • Design sales support collateral, including sell sheets, retailer decks, trade materials, and event assets.
  • Support retail resets and seasonal initiatives with fast, accurate, on-brand creative execution.
  • Maintain templates and scalable systems for repeatable sales assets.
eCommerce & Digital Shelf Assets
  • Partner closely with the eCommerce Manager to develop high-performing Amazon and digital shelf assets, including A+ content, image stacks, and promotional creative.
  • Ensure digital assets align with brand guidelines, approved claims, and compliance requirements.
  • Optimize assets for clarity, conversion, and platform best practices.
  • Partner closely with the Social Media Manager to design and execute social assets across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Support short-form video and photography initiatives for social and digital.
  • Use tools such as Canva for quick-turn needs while maintaining high design standards.
Creative Workflow & Oversight
  • Manage multiple creative projects at once while maintaining strong organization and timeline discipline.
  • Own creative routing, proofing rounds, and approval tracking across stakeholders, including regulatory/compliance.
  • Maintain clear documentation of revisions, approvals, and final asset versions.
  • Identify and improve processes that reduce rework and increase speed to market.
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).
  • 5+ years of professional design and creative management experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design, production, and print process experience.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at once and execute against timelines.
  • High attention to detail, especially with type edits, proofing, and version control.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operational teams.
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) expertise.
  • Basic reporting and tracking in Excel / Google Sheets
Preferred (Plus Skills)
  • Strong background in CPG, consumer health, or regulated product categories preferred.
  • Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
  • Photography experience, including product photography or lifestyle shoots.
  • Experience working with Amazon creative best practices.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday, Asana, or ClickUp.
  • Comfort using Canva for pitch decks and quick-turn materials.
  • Strong design taste with high execution standards and a quality assurance mindset.
  • Self-directed, confident, and comfortable in making decisions while working within brand and compliance guardrails, with minimal handholding.
  • Highly organized and deadline-driven, energized by fast-paced, high-growth regulated environments.
  • Collaborative, low-ego team player who values shared wins and clear communication with cross-functional partners.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and energized by fast-paced environments.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, excited to build, improve, and scale creative systems as eosera® grows and transitions from a shared design model to centralized ownership.
Why eosera
  • Make a direct impact on a fast-growing, mission-driven brand focused on innovative health solutions.
  • Collaborate with a creative, passionate, and nimble marketing team.
  • Significant growth opportunities as the company scales.
