Qualifications

• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and video with a strong eye for design and branding.
• Skilled at using AI tools, including Claude, CapCut and Adobe's AI features, to speed up design, video and copy while keeping every piece on brand and client-ready
• Working knowledge of SEO, WordPress development and content management
• Able to understand what makes a successful marketing campaign effective from both a creative and operational perspective
• Experience leading a small creative team (designer and developer)
• Organized, proactive and process-driven, able to keep multiple client projects on deadline

Role Description

Pizzazz Group is looking for a highly organized and hands-on Creative Services Manager to lead our small creative team while actively contributing to the successful execution of client projects. This role will oversee one graphic designer and one website developer, ensuring projects are completed on time, meet our quality standards, and provide an exceptional client experience.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just delegate work but is a lead producer for executing creative projects. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, willing to solve problems, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to support the team and lead by example.

This person has a strong eye for design, understands effective digital marketing, and knows what makes websites, branding, and creative campaigns successful. Preferred Experience

• 3+ years in design, video or creative production, including leading projects or people
• Digital marketing or agency experience
• Prior experience in a management role overseeing projects, people and deadlines
• Familiarity with Asana, HubSpot and operational reporting

Full-time, in-office in Dublin, OH (non-remote)
