OAS Orion Advisor Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Director, Creative Services to lead Orion’s creative vision across marketing campaigns, product launches, digital channels, and events.

You will guide visual and written execution, ensuring on-brand messaging that supports revenue goals. The role oversees brand identity, multimedia production, and creative operations, manages a team including offshore partners, and drives AI-enabled efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in creative direction.
• Minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creative Direction: Lead creative direction for campaigns, product launches, digital channels, and events; ensure on-brand, audience-appropriate messaging.
• Brand & Content: Own Orion’s visual identity and brand voice; work with content strategy to elevate flagship programs.
• Production & Multimedia: Direct photo/video shoots; oversee motion and multimedia production; embed AI tools to improve speed and quality.
• Creative Operations: Establish workflows and use project management tools to enable on-time, scalable delivery.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead in-house and offshore teams; set goals, provide coaching, and manage performance.
