The Creative Services Associate plays a vital role in supporting the Creative Services Manager and team by managing financial processes, coordinating projects, and ensuring creative concepts are delivered on time and with excellence. This position helps steward the ministry’s resources wisely while fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and care. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relational, and passionate about serving others and sharing the love of Jesus Christ through creative ministry.

Overview

JOB DUTIES:

• Celebrate and support Creative Services team members through milestones and special moments.
• Oversee the day-to-day care and organization of Creative Services offices and spaces at the Trinity Campus.
• Manage financial processes, including reconciling credit cards, tracking receipts, entering budgets, generating reports, and other general ledger tasks.
• Recruit, onboard, and support volunteers serving in Creative Services.
• Provide hospitality for teams, talent, and crews during creative projects and events.
• Maintain strong collaboration with other creative departments to keep projects aligned and moving forward.
• Proactively manage timelines, troubleshoot roadblocks, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Stay current with creative trends through ongoing research and personal development.
• Support team project management systems and processes as needed.
