Salt & Kai is seeking friendly, reliable staff to keep the shop visually appealing and welcoming in Lake Geneva. You will engage customers, make recommendations, and help drive sales through genuine conversation while maintaining a clean, organized space.

The role involves operating the checkout with warmth, assisting with the Pop-In Creative Studio, and supporting seasonal merchandising. Weekend availability is required, with possible staff discounts and seasonal incentives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain the store—keep displays tidy, products stocked, and the space inviting.
• Engage with customers, offer recommendations, and drive sales through friendly conversation.
• Operate the checkout accurately and warmly.
• Assist with the Pop-In Creative Studio, providing printed instructions and materials for activities.
• Support seasonal merchandising and in-store promotions.
• Assist with receiving and tagging new inventory.
