Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center is seeking a Creative Account Specialist to serve as the main liaison for internal clients and partner closely with the Creative Manager to drive successful marketing projects from intake to delivery.

You will coordinate tasks, monitor timelines, manage client expectations, and ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables across Creative, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field required; practical experience preferred
• PMP certification is a plus
• 3–5 years of digital, creative, branding, or agency experience preferred
• 2–3 years of copywriting or content strategy experience preferred
• 2–3 years of multifamily property marketing experience preferred
• Knowledge of design principles preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients, fostering positive relationships and clarifying priorities and timelines
• Coordinate creative projects and tasks within the project management platform to meet milestones
• Monitor progress and share status updates, timeline changes, and risks with clients and stakeholders
• Manage client expectations through clear communication and escalate issues as needed
• Create and distribute recurring project status reports with visibility into progress and workloads
• Support workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience
• Perform quality assurance on deliverables for brand consistency and accuracy
• Coordinate with Creative, Marketing, Operations, and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain project schedules, tasks, and documentation for transparency
• Assist in developing communications for marketing initiatives and product launches
• Support training materials and sessions for marketing teams
• Research industry trends and tools to improve marketing products and processes
• Manage the Creative mailbox, intake requests, and project documentation
• Collaborate with Avenue5 associates to ensure brand standards and timely delivery
• Assist with development of training materials and facilitate sessions as needed
• Explore new marketing technologies and process improvements
• Suggest innovations for Avenue5 marketing technology stack and customer experience
• Comply with company policies and applicable health, safety, and legal requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned
