• Coordinate professional learning projects, workshops, meetings, and conferences from planning through execution.
• Prepare and distribute program materials for events with presenters.
• Attend events to oversee operations and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor invoices, assist with budget tracking and calendars.
• Develop marketing materials and digital content for communications and publications.
