Shaw Industries Group, Inc. in Dalton, GA is seeking a Creative Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end workflow for non-NPI marketing collateral across Shaw Floors, COREtec, and other brands.

You will ensure briefs are complete, coordinate with creative, brand, and marketing partners, and drive process improvements using Workfront. You have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in project management within a creative or agency setting, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in a creative, marketing, or agency environment.
• Proficiency in Workfront (templates, requests, reporting) is required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end creative workflow for non-NPI marketing collateral across all Shaw brands.
• Ensure each project starts with a complete, approved creative brief and missing details are identified early.
• Push back to project owners when briefs are incomplete or unclear.
• Maintain project status in Workfront and coordinate with creative, brand, and marketing teams.
• Report monthly on creative and customer marketing performance metrics.
