Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. in Dalton, GA is seeking a Creative Project Manager to steward the end-to-end creative workflow for non-NPI marketing collateral across all Shaw brands.

You will ensure complete briefs, coordinate with creative, brand and marketing partners, and drive projects through Workfront to on-time delivery. Reporting to the Creative Operations Leader, this role emphasizes process-driven improvement, strong collaboration, and the ability to push back when briefs are incomplete

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in creative/marketing.
• Proficiency in Workfront is required.
• Familiarity with the creative production process and marketing workflows.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Confirm a complete creative brief before work begins and ensure all information is present.
• Push back to project owners when briefs are incomplete or unclear.
• Manage end-to-end creative workflow for non-NPI marketing collateral across brands.
• Partner with creative, brand, and marketing teams to understand requirements and priorities.
• Build and maintain project timelines, monitor capacity, and inform stakeholders.
• Serve as a resource to implement and manage creative workflow within Workfront.
• Build and report monthly on creative and customer marketing performance metrics.
• Act as SME on Workfront, templates, best practices, and system updates.
• Maintain strong relationships and optimize resource allocation to support priorities.
