Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a digital Junior Creative Project Manager to join our Web & Creative Services team. You will coordinate TV commercial production from ideation to post-production, working with designers, editors, and vendors to deliver on time and within budget.

You will manage schedules, track milestones, traffic files, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring high creative standards and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project management or coordination experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Basic understanding of video production processes.
• Proficiency with PM software, Slack, Google Workspace, and Frame.io.
• Experience writing marketing copy and proofreading materials.
• Ability to present solutions clearly to stakeholders and clients.
• Adaptable to fast-paced production changes and business needs.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Interest in AI tools to enhance team productivity.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Coordination: Support producers in end-to-end TV commercial lifecycles.
• Scheduling & Tracking: Maintain daily project schedules and milestones.
• Asset Management: Organize and traffic project files with version control.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Be the central point of contact with stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Perform detailed QA on deliverables to ensure on-spec output.
• Problem-Solving & Analytics: Troubleshoot issues and use analytics tools.
• Process Optimization: Help improve tools and processes to boost efficiency.
