Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Experience in project management, creative operations, video production, or a similar environment.
• Comfortable communicating with prospective clients on calls.
• Professional, confident, and able to work independently.
• Able to manage multiple active projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Must have experience with Sales and Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage video editing projects from assignment through completion.
• Track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables.
• Perform QA on edited videos before final approval.
• Review pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, formatting, and overall quality.
• Provide clear revision feedback to video editors.
• Conduct introductory sales calls with prospective clients.
• Keep communication and project workflows organized across the team.

Clients Blackbox is looking for a highly organized Creative Project Manager to manage video projects, perform QA on completed video edits, and conduct introductory calls with prospective clients.

$2,000–$3,000 USD per month, depending on experience. Full-time remote contractor position.

• Excellent written and spoken English
