The pay range is $58,100.00 - $104,600.00

As a Creative Project Manager, you'll play a critical role in delivering world-class creative that moves our brand forward. You will lead the project management of channel creative efforts from concept to delivery - designing how work gets done through executional planning, clear communication, and operational rigor. Acting as the connective tissue across disciplines, you'll utilize established workflows, set expectations, and keep teams aligned and moving forward. You'll leverage tools, tech, and critical thinking to anticipate risks, streamline workflows, and support creative excellence at scale. Along the way, you'll be empowered with robust onboarding and development opportunities to grow as a visible, strategic, and solution-oriented leader. You'll also play a key role in shaping new working models that support a leaner, more agile project management team, while driving efficiency and scalable processes to meet the evolving needs of our business.
