White Circle, an AI safety company, seeks a production designer to turn creative concepts into physical merch and objects. You will source factories, negotiate terms, and own production from prototype to delivery. Collaborate with design to select materials, finishes, and packaging for unique brand pieces.

Based in the US, you will manage budgets, timelines, shipping, and quality across global partners, building a trusted network of manufacturers for distinctive items.

Qualifications

• Experience producing physical products from scratch.
• Ability to find and manage manufacturers for non-standard items.
• Excellent supplier outreach, negotiation, and coordination.
• Understanding materials, finishes, packaging, and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Turn creative ideas from design into real physical objects.
• Find factories, workshops, craftspeople, and production partners worldwide.
• Work with designers to choose materials, finishes, packaging, and production methods.
• Request and compare quotes, samples, MOQs, timelines, and options.
• Own production from prototype to final delivery.
• Develop custom merch, clothing, accessories, and packaging.
• Find ways to make one-off or custom items beyond standard catalogs.
• Review samples to ensure they match the original design.
• Manage budgets, production schedules, shipping, and logistics.
• Build a network of reliable manufacturers for repeated work.
• Collaborate with team to ensure brand-aligned production throughout.
