Job summary

HR Plus is seeking a creative visual storyteller to manage production, editing and delivery of promotional videos and graphics. You will work from briefs across divisions to craft compelling multimedia content that aligns with our branding and marketing strategies.

The role requires university-level education in multimedia/advertising/graphic design or related fields, 2–3 years of experience, and strong proficiency in the Adobe Suite and video equipment operation.

Qualifications

• University graduate in multimedia, advertising, graphic design or communication.
• 2–3 years of work experience as a visual/brand designer or videographer.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom.
• Excellent knowledge in video shooting, lighting, and video equipment operation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Produce promotional, branding short videos and visual graphics to support marketing goals.
• Provide photography, videography and graphic design support for the business.
• Create high-quality and trend-aware multimedia content compliant with brand guidelines.
• Support marketing collateral design and output per brand specifications.

You will be the go-to visual storyteller for our organization, receiving briefs from divisions and then using your creative skills to manage projects through development, production, editing and delivery.
