Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Assistant Producer to maintain client contact and project integrity across photography and styling shoots. You will act as a liaison between internal teams and clients, organize shot lists, schedules, and budgets, and ensure deliverables meet creative direction.

The role requires at least three years in creative production or project management, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 year of creative production or project management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Team player with excellent people skills.
• Experience in the Photography Industry or related field.
• Some experience in both still and fashion high-volume photography production.
• Knowledge of MS Office; Intermediate Excel; Mac proficient.

Responsibilities

• Act as a secondary liaison between internal teams and clients.
• Create detailed schedules and estimates; negotiate rates; specify usage rights.
• Maintain and track project expenses to support estimating and invoicing.
• Schedule client projects and attend pre-production meetings.
• Coordinate post-production services and organize client delivery.
• Hire and supervise freelance resources as needed.
• Conduct model castings and book models per direction.
• Prepare accurate and timely invoices.
• Maintain client contact and relations.
