As a Remote Creative Production Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and supporting the creative production process across marketing campaigns, content development, and design initiatives. You will serve as the operational backbone of the creative team leveraging data, timelines, workflows, and tools to help deliver high-quality, on-brand creative assets efficiently and at scale.

This role is ideal for someone who blends creative empathy with operational rigor. You'll use performance insights, project data, and digital asset management tools to support campaign success, ensure stakeholder alignment, and contribute to continuous improvement in the creative production lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze creative production workflows, timelines, and resource allocation to identify opportunities for improvement

Track creative project performance, including delivery metrics, volume, revisions, and adherence to SLAs

Collaborate with marketing, brand, design, and content teams to support asset creation and campaign execution

Use project management tools (e.g., Asana, Wrike, Workfront, Monday.com) to manage tasks, milestones, and capacity planning

Generate reports and dashboards that track creative throughput, productivity, utilization, and quality assurance

Support creative operations initiatives such as intake form design, briefing templates, review cycles, and asset taxonomy

Contribute to digital asset management (DAM) governance and metadata tagging for efficient asset retrieval

Assist in vendor coordination, budget tracking, and production timelines for campaigns with external agencies or freelancers

Facilitate post-project reviews and feedback loops to capture lessons learned and best practices

Ensure creative teams have access to tools, data, and documentation that empower decision-making and creative success

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, Business, or a related field

2 years of experience in creative project management, marketing operations, or production analysis

Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Airtable, Trello, Notion, Jira)

Working knowledge of marketing workflows and asset types (digital, print, video, web, social media)

Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)

Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
