Job summary

THE·TEAM in the United States is seeking a Creative Product Technologist, Data & AI to design, prototype, and ship data-visualization, measurement, data-capture, web-app, and AI-enabled tools for clients across sports and entertainment.

This role focuses on hands-on product development, rapid prototyping, and turning ambiguous briefs into working, design-grade outputs with strong UI and data-visualization.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years building and shipping digital products with evidence of your role.
• AI-native workflow experience using OpenAI, Claude/Anthropic or similar tools.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, and hosting deployed tools.
• Strong UI/UX, data-visualization, and data-fluent design capabilities.
• Experience with design tools (Figma) and BI platforms (Tableau/Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and ship fan-facing and internal tools including dashboards and web apps.
• Translate briefs into specs, data models, and working prototypes.
• Use AI-assisted workflows for rapid prototyping, QA, and documentation.
• Build dashboards and visual frameworks for performance and audience data.
• Create design-grade UI/UX, wireframes, and marketing mock-ups.
• Collaborate with Performance & Insights, social analytics, and digital teams.
• Maintain data privacy and scalable, reusable outputs.
• Stay current on AI, creative tech, and marketing trends.
