Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services partners with a growing consumer products company in the craft, hobby, and DIY space to hire a Creative Product Designer. This remote role is restricted to Minnesota residents and Direct Hire, with a salary range of $60,000–$70,000 per year.

The designer will blend strong illustration skills with product development, taking retail concepts from concept to production and collaborating with the Creative Director while working independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product development, craft products, surface design, or consumer products.
• Strong illustration skills with ability to work across multiple artistic styles.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator.
• Experience taking products from concept through manufacturing.
• Self-motivated professional who thrives in an independent, remote environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to receive constructive feedback.
• Must currently reside in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative product concepts for craft, DIY, and consumer product lines.

We're partnering with a growing consumer products company in the craft, hobby, and DIY industry seeking a Creative Product Designer to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong illustration skills with product development experience and enjoys bringing retail products from concept to production.

What We're Looking For
