The Creative Producer makes the Studio's work happen. Reporting to the Art Director, this role is embedded in the creative process from concept through delivery, determining how each presentation, video, or select design assignment should be produced, assembling the right internal and external team, and turning an idea into a clear plan, story, and finished asset.
The Producer brings creative fluency, not just coordination, contributing to briefs, scripts, narrative structure, references, and music sourcing and direction while owning vendors, budgets, SOWs, timelines, and production logistics. Comfortable creating rough assemblies or simple edits when useful, the Producer is a production-led creative partner rather than a standalone operations function. This role partners closely across Art Director, Senior Designer, Designer, Franchise, Licensing, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and External Creative and Production Partners.
