Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Producer based in United Kingdom.

Join a fully remote, product-focused technology environment where creativity, collaboration, and exceptional craftsmanship drive meaningful results. In this role, you will bring creative projects to life across brand initiatives, marketing campaigns, and product launches, ensuring ideas move seamlessly from concept to delivery. You will work closely with an internal creative studio, coordinating designers, developers, copywriters, and external partners to deliver high-quality work on time. By managing project timelines, prioritizing requests, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders, you will help creative teams stay focused and productive. You will also identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline collaboration, and remove obstacles before they affect delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized, proactive creative professional who enjoys combining operational excellence with a strong appreciation for design and innovation.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage creative projects from initial briefing through production and final delivery, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations remain aligned.
  • Coordinate incoming creative requests from multiple teams, assess priorities, and support effective resource allocation based on business needs and project objectives.
  • Partner closely with the Creative Director to plan project schedules, manage competing priorities, organize workloads, and maintain a sustainable production process.
  • Coordinate designers, developers, engineers, copywriters, and external collaborators to ensure smooth execution across creative disciplines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and other functions to define project goals, clarify requirements, and align on timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.
  • Maintain clear project documentation, production schedules, task assignments, and status updates to provide visibility into ongoing work and upcoming milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential blockers and dependencies early, and implement practical solutions to keep deliverables on track.
  • Facilitate communication between creative teams and stakeholders, ensuring feedback is incorporated efficiently and decisions are made in a timely manner.
  • Support the effective management of creative resources by balancing project demands, team capacity, and delivery expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, project management practices, and collaboration processes to enhance efficiency and output quality.
  • Uphold high standards of creative execution, attention to detail, and craftsmanship throughout the production process.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing creative environment that encourages ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in creative production, project management, or a related role within a technology company, creative agency, or in-house creative studio.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and manage competing deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work confidently with creative professionals, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience managing creative workflows from briefing and planning through execution, review, and final delivery.
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to identify risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues proactively.
  • A self-directed and accountable approach, with strong attention to detail and the ability to take ownership of projects in a remote working environment.
  • Sound creative judgment and a genuine appreciation for high-quality design, thoughtful execution, and exceptional craftsmanship.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, including designers, developers, copywriters, and other creative contributors.
  • The ability to translate business objectives into clear project plans, maintain stakeholder alignment, and ensure deliverables meet agreed expectations.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities may shift and effective collaboration is essential.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to maintain clear documentation, project updates, and production schedules.
  • A background in design or hands-on experience with creative tools, design systems, or production workflows is an additional advantage.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation: A competitive salary package combined with equity participation.
  • Employee-friendly equity: Favorable equity terms, including early exercise options and an extended exercise period.
  • Fully remote work: The flexibility to work remotely without a daily commute to an office.
  • Home office support: A dedicated stipend to help you set up a comfortable and productive home workspace.
  • Coworking allowance: Access to a paid coworking space or office desk when you prefer an alternative working environment.
  • Work-life balance: Five weeks of paid vacation to support rest, personal commitments, and time away from work.
  • Paid parental leave: Four months of paid parental leave to support employees and their families.
  • Meals and refreshments: Paid lunch and coffee during working days.
  • Health coverage: Health, dental, and vision insurance for employees in the United States, subject to applicable eligibility and location arrangements.
  • Team connection: Regular team events and offsites that encourage collaboration and strengthen relationships across the distributed organization.
  • Meaningful work: The opportunity to contribute to creative projects supporting innovative software products and evolving ways of building technology.
  • Collaborative culture: Work alongside talented professionals who value quality, ownership, thoughtful execution, and continuous improvement.
