Respective Collective, a Brooklyn-based creative agency for the social media age, is seeking a hands-on producer to design high-converting pitch decks and craft platform-native content series. You will translate client goals into compelling stories, lead on-site shoots at major events, and supervise post-production to hit brand standards.

You bring 3–5 years in agency production, mastery of Figma/Keynote/Pitch/Canva, and a track record of growing social accounts with viral potential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of agency or production company experience crafting client-facing pitch decks and producing high-performance short-form video.
• Proven platform growth track record with portfolio showing 100k–1M+ organic views.
• Mastery of presentation tools (Figma, Keynote, Pitch, Canva).
• Deep platform fluency (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and understanding of hooks and retention.
• Hands-on experience with production workflow software and video editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Pitch Deck Architecture & Proposal Design: create high-converting decks and brand strategy decks using tools.
• Social Content Franchise Creation: ideate and produce platform-native content series for major brands.
• Social Content Coverage Ideation: craft content to accompany live event coverage.
• On-Site Field Production: direct crews at festivals and events for same-day delivery.
• On-Site Content Creation: shoot, edit, and post content on-site in real-time.
• Client Translation & Briefing: convert goals into shot lists and treatments.
• Post-Production Oversight: ensure deliverables meet RC standards.

We ship 8,000+ pieces of content annually, generating 2B+ views across live events, music label campaigns, and brand activations for partners like Rolling Loud, the Grammys, Spotify, and Columbia Records. We operate fast, deploy a staff-driven production model, and value high-agency creators over corporate hierarchy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Pitch Deck Architecture & Proposal Design: Concept, write, and visually design high-converting pitch decks, client proposals, sizzle reel presentations, and brand strategy decks using presentation suites (Figma, Keynote, Pitch, Canva).
• Social Content Franchise Creation: Ideate, pitch, and produce repeatable, platform-native (9:16) content series and recurring social IP for major festivals, music labels, and corporate brands.
• Social Content Coverage Ideation: Ideate, pitch, and produce social content to accompany our live coverage of major events.
• On-Site Field Production: Field-produce shoots at festivals, multi-stage events, and brand activations, directing hybrid photo/video crews and live editors for same-day delivery.
• On-Site Content Creation: Execute content ideas on-site, creating, editing, and posting content in real-time
• Client Translation & Briefing: Translate executive or brand goals into actionable shot lists, creative treatments, and hook-driven storytelling formats.
• Post-Production Oversight: Partner with internal editors and motion designers to ensure deliverables hit the RC standard.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3–5 years of agency or production company experience crafting client-facing pitch decks and producing high-performance short-form video.
• Proven Platform Growth Track Record: Demonstrated experience scaling social accounts, backed by a portfolio featuring multiple short-form videos with 100k to 1M+ organic views.
• Mastery of presentation tools (Figma, Keynote, Pitch, Canva) with a portfolio of high-converting pitch decks.
• Deep platform fluency (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and a systematic understanding of hooks, audience retention, and viral distribution mechanics.
• Hands‑on experience with production workflow software, cloud-based media review platforms, and mobile/desktop video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere).
