This is a mid‑level individual‑contributor role for someone who knows how activations actually get made. You will translate designs into scopes, specifications and execution plans; manage the people and vendors required to deliver them; and resolve issues quickly without allowing quality, safety, schedule or partner expectations to slip.
This role is ideal for an experiential agency producer who is calm under pressure, excellent with details and energized by turning ambitious creative into a real guest experience. You should be comfortable owning the work while knowing when to elevate a decision or risk.
