Job summary

Chicago Fire FC is seeking a Creative Presentation Designer to support the Club's Corporate Partnerships team. You will develop compelling visual materials for new business, renewals, and upsell opportunities, including sales presentations, sponsorship proposals, mockups, renderings, and branded marketing assets.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure design excellence, maintain brand standards, and help visualize partnership opportunities for McDonald’s Park and the club's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in sports/entertainment/marketing environments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint.
• Experience designing client-facing presentations and marketing materials.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality sales presentations, partnership proposals, one-sheets, and marketing materials for new business, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
• Create sponsorship mockups, renderings, signage concepts, and branded assets to visualize opportunities.
• Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling to elevate partnership presentations and the commercial brand.
• Translate ideas into polished client-facing materials under tight deadlines.
• Maintain design consistency across all materials per brand standards.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to realize ideas.
• Support commercialization of McDonald’s Park with visual materials showcasing sponsorship opportunities.
• Manage multiple design projects while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
• Develop templates, graphics, and resources to improve efficiency across the department.
• Translate research and analytics into visually compelling graphics and presentations.
