Job summary

Argon Agency in Florida is seeking a Videographer/Photographer/Editor to brainstorm, coordinate, and edit photography, videography, production, and printing processes. The role will shoot, edit, convert and upload content to folders, and assist with titles, descriptions, captions, and tags for photos and videos.

You will plan shoots, manage pre/post production, and capture content for paid ads, social, website, and emails while collaborating with the team to bring concepts to life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in digital cinematography and film or related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Proficient using Final Cut Pro X, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience filming, directing and editing video.
• Proficient with DSLR, video, audio and lighting equipment.
• Creative, fast-paced environment with strong organization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client's onboarding documents and information.
• Organize shared multimedia folders from the clients.
• Create content planning calendar for quarterly and annual opportunities unique to the brand.
• Book headshots, staff lifestyle shots, product shots, facility shots etc.
• Plan and execute shoots, including pre-production, production and post-production.
• Capture high-quality video and photo content for paid ads, organic social, website, and email campaigns.
• Research client needs and develop unique concepts for campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and adapt styles accordingly.
• Organize and repurpose photos and videos for various platforms.

• Capture high-quality video and photo content for paid ads, organic social, website, and email campaigns.
• Research clients needs on-going and come up with unique concepts for their campaigns
• Research any specific needs to capture what the team/client intends on capturing
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and adapt styles accordingly (e.g., short-form reels, trending TikToks, UGC-style content).
• Organize and repurpose photos and videos either provided by the client, or taken by our team for various platforms.

Qualifications

• ~ Bachelor’s degree in digital cinematography and film or related field is preferred.
• ~2+ years of experience working in similar roles
• ~ Must be proficient using specialized software such as Final Cut Pro X, and Creative Suite.
• ~ Must have experience filming, directing and editing video
• ~ Proficient using PC and MAC based computer
• ~ Proficient using DLSR, video, audio, and lighting equipment.
• ~ Ability to work in a creative, fast-paced environment.
• ~ Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
• ~ A creative eye and ability to bring concepts to life
• ~ Ability to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a strong team member.
