Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Pastry Chef or Cake Decorator.
• Expertise in piping, fondant work, edible painting, and other advanced decorating techniques.
• Strong artistic flair and attention to detail.
• A team-player attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple orders.

Responsibilities

• Craft and decorate stunning cakes, pastries, cupcakes, and other treats using innovative techniques and top-tier vegan ingredients.
• Collaborate with customers to bring their cake and dessert visions to life - no idea is too wild or whimsical.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends in vegan baking, pastry arts, and cake decorating.
• Manage inventory of pastry supplies and ensure supplies are adequate for production.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace that meets health and safety standards.
• Jump in to help with baking, packaging, and other bakery tasks as needed.
