Glossier is seeking a Manager of Creative Operations to own end-to-end project management for Visual Merchandising and related print production across physical spaces. You will steward intake, validation, prioritization, and a systems-based workflow, coordinating with Wholesale, Retail Operations, Brand Marketing, and external partners.

You will drive schedules, resource management, and on-time delivery of final artwork, reporting to the Director of Creative Operations.

Competenze

5+ years in Creative Operations/PM in studio settings, in-house or agency, with a focus on Visual Merchandising.
Experience collaborating with Wholesale partners and manufacturing/build partners on large-scale projects.
Strong print production knowledge and ability to translate designs to vendor-ready artwork.

Mansioni

Own end-to-end project management for Visual Merchandising across owned retail and wholesale.
Maintain creative requests, timelines, and milestones from brief to launch/install.
Coordinate cross-functional approvals with Creative, Brand Marketing, Wholesale, Retail Operations.
Manage vendor relationships and external manufacturing/agency partners.
Support print production across signage, OOH, direct mail, vouchers and related assets.
Improve processes and streamline workflows with the Director of Creative Operations.
