Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage photos, videos, graphics, and marketing materials in the digital asset management system.
• Assist with graphic design production, image editing, content updates, and asset preparation for digital, social, email, and presentation use.
• Help maintain brand consistency across marketing materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Creative team members to learn and improve workflows.

If you're looking for an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience while making a real impact, Andis Company is looking for a Creative Operations & Digital Asset Intern to join our Marketing team, who can work anywhere between 20 and 40 hours during the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 semester.

What You'll Do

Organize & Manage Creative Assets

• Help maintain and organize photos, videos, graphics, and marketing materials within our digital asset management system.
• Ensure assets are properly tagged, categorized, and easy for teams to find and use.

Support Creative & Marketing Projects

• Assist with graphic design production, image editing, content updates, and preparing assets for digital, social, email, and presentation use.
• Help maintain brand consistency across a variety of marketing materials.

Collaborate, Learn & Improve

• Support accessibility initiatives and creative workflows.
• Work closely with Marketing and Creative team members while gaining hands‑on experience with industry tools and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and user access to creative assets.

What You'll Need

• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• A willingness to learn new technologies, processes, and creative workflows.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with graphic design, content creation, photography, video editing, or digital asset management.
• Familiarity with tools such as Bynder, Canva, Figma, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
• Exposure to accessibility standards, digital content organization, or marketing projects through coursework, internships, or extracurricular activities.
