Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm based in Wisconsin is seeking an Intern/Co-op for Fall 2026 to assist the Product Management team with managing marketing processes and projects. A successful applicant will be enrolled in a technical school or university pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business. Responsibilities include data management, marketing support, and assisting with competitive analysis. This full-time or part-time onsite position offers a chance to gain hands-on experience while working closely with various departments.

Qualifications

• Project management and product management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of MIR processes.
• Support product marketing team with market research.
• Provide web support for Andis.com.
• Support data entry into Dynamics 365 and provide Andis.com web support including link verification and updating products.
• Assist in managing and organizing Andis digital assets and create a market analysis database for images.
• Assist Product Marketing with market research, product scope definition, prototype evaluation, and development of product launch plans.
• Provide customer service on basic product questions and assist in field test database management.
• Make follow-up calls/texts/videos to Field Test teams and arrange shop visits to obtain feedback.
• Ship products to field testers and prepare shipping labels and marketing inclusions.

Job description

We are looking for an Intern/Co-op for the Fall 2026 semester who can work full-time or part-time onsite, starting in September. They will assist Product Management team with management of MIR processes and provide support on marketing related projects and initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & REPONSIBILITIES; other duties as assigned

• Primary responsibilities of the role surround the management of MIR (Marketing Implementation Request) processes, and may include:
  • Information gathering from marketing, engineering, and other departments as applicable
  • Entry of gathered data into MIR forms and databases
  • Follow-up on missing data elements
  • Verification of gathered information
• As time allows, additional support would be provided on the following items:
  • Complete data entry / import data into Dynamics 365.
  • Provide Andis.com web support including link verification and identifying missing images and updating products.
  • Assist in the management and organization of Andis digital assets.
  • Establish a competitive market analysis database for images that correspond with slide decks.
  • Assists the Product Marketing team with varied market research, definition of new product scopes, coordination of prototype evaluation and testing at various stages of development, and development of product launch plans.
  • Provides customer service and sales with support on basic product questions such as product features.
  • Assists in the creation and management of a field test database.
  • Makes follow-up phone calls, texts, videos, or messages to Field Test team as well as local shop visits to obtain feedback.
  • Ships products to the field tester groups, creating UPS shipping labels through the shipping website and preparing/packing product & marketing inclusions into boxes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited technical school or university studying toward an associate/bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or Consumer Science preferred.
• Clear communicator, motivated and ambitious.
• Detail oriented with good written communication skills to ensure data integrity.
• Proficient in MS Office, preferably Power Point, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Project management and product management experience a plus.
