Main purpose of the Creative Ops Coordinator role:
This is a full-time role for a candidate who will work with both REVOLVE and FWRD sites on email marketing/branding material.
Major Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Facilitating productive workflows between creative teams, editorial and e-comm, merchandising, and UI/UX
- Coordinating and distributing the assets for high-volume, daily promotional content
- Preparing and executing navigation updates and weekly site content
- Assist Creative Ops Directors for FWRD and REVOLVE with new and ongoing initiatives
- Training interns and other entry level support members on admin tasks

- Interest in growing into a Creative Ops Project Manager position
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 1-2 years admin experience
- Mac proficient
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Working knowledge of Google drive apps (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
- Working knowledge of Airtable
- Lives locally in LA/OC area, but not a requirement
