Job summary

Riot Games seeks a Senior Manager of Creative Management for Wild Rift to lead a high-impact art and creative team. You will oversee execution, pipelines, and cross-functional partnerships while supporting Creative/Art Directors.

Based in Shanghai, you will mentor artists and creatives, align priorities with Product Leads and Game Director, and ensure consistent art quality across pipelines while scaling processes for a global player experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the games industry, with at least 4+ years in creative management/creative team leadership roles.
• Experience with game creative or asset production pipelines and interdependencies between disciplines.
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary creative teams.
• Strong background collaborating with external vendors and co-development partners.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Growth-minded and outcome-driven with strong stakeholder management.
• Ability to coach, develop talent, and address underperformance empathetically.

• Document and organize pipelines & systems to create scalable processes and workflows.
• Build strong relationships across teams and with global partners to ensure clear goals and effective execution.
• Partner with recruiting to hire world-class talent and support reports in building their teams.
