Job summary

Bliss Nails and Spa is seeking a Nail Technician to deliver manicures, pedicures, gels, acrylics and extensions in a vibrant salon. You will apply color theory to tailor designs, maintain pristine sanitation, and provide expert care with a focus on client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with clients to understand preferences, promote retail products, and stay current with the latest nail trends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist with a strong nail art portfolio.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and salon safety protocols.
• Excellent client communication and ability to upsell retail services.

Responsibilities

• Perform manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylics, ANC and extensions.
• Apply color theory to recommend shades and designs.
• Execute nail extensions and advanced nail techniques.
• Perform waxing, hand and foot massages.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols.
• Communicate with clients to understand preferences and provide advice.
• Conduct disinfection between appointments to prevent cross-contamination.
• Stay updated on nail trends and techniques.
• Assist with cleaning tasks and daily salon duties.
