Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant design experience in graphic design and video editing or a master's degree with 2+ years of meaningful design experience.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Canva.
• Fluent English and strong visual storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create assets for Internal Communications and staff experience initiatives.
• Elevate visual excellence by aligning trends, design, and communications across multimedia products.
• Lead multiple projects and timelines, collaborating with the Global Communications & Engagement Department.
• Translate corporate insights into thoughtful narratives and graphic storytelling.
