Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline with 2–5 years of experience.
• Certification is required in some areas.
• Experience editing video for internal communications and marketing.
• Experience with branding guidelines and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for internal communications, marketing campaigns, recruiting initiatives, leadership messaging, trade shows, social media, and digital channels.
• Create motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, explainer animations, and branded visual assets using After Effects and related tools.
• Capture, edit, and retouch photography for marketing materials, social content, and corporate publications.
• Manage recurring employee headshot sessions, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
• Assist with camera operation, lighting, audio, equipment setup, studio prep, and field shoots for corporate and live productions.
• Organize, catalog, and maintain video/photo assets and project files for efficient workflows.
