Job summary

HD Supply seeks a talented video producer to create and deliver polished video, motion graphics, and photography for internal communications, marketing, recruiting, leadership messaging, trade shows, social media, and digital channels.

You will support production needs including camera operation, lighting, audio, equipment setup, studio preparation, and field-based shoots, while maintaining brand consistency and efficient workflows across teams.

Qualifications

• Produce high-quality video content for internal communications and marketing.
• Create motion graphics and animated titles using After Effects.
• Capture, edit, and retouch photography for corporate materials.
• Lead recurring employee headshot sessions ensuring brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Edits and produces high-quality video content for internal communications, marketing campaigns, recruiting initiatives, customer-facing communications, leadership messaging, trade shows, and digital channels.
• Creates motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, explainer animations, and branded visual assets for video and digital content using Adobe After Effects and related creative tools.
• Captures, edits, and retouches photography for internal communications, marketing materials, recruiting campaigns, social media, and corporate publications.
• Manages and executes recurring employee headshot sessions, ensuring consistent quality, professionalism, and adherence to company brand standards.
• Supports video productions by assisting with camera operation, lighting, audio capture, equipment setup, studio preparation, and production logistics for corporate and field-based shoots.
• Organizes, catalogs, and maintains video footage, photography assets, project files, and digital asset libraries to support efficient creative workflows.

Nature and Scope

• Demonstrates skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data.
• Nature of work requires increasing independence; receives guidance only on unusual, complex problems or issues. Work review typically involves periodic review of output by a supervisor and/or direct customers of the process.
• May provide general guidance/direction to or train junior level support or professional personnel.

Work Environment

• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
• Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Education And Experience

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas.
