Job summary

IT&E - Isla Telecommunications & Energy in Tamuning, Guam, seeks a Multimedia Content Creator to plan, photograph, film, edit, and deliver visual content for campaigns, launches, events and internal communications. You will translate briefs into polished photos and videos for social, digital, TV, in-store screens, and print.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or formal training in photography, film, video production, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Three to five years of professional photography, videography, and editing experience producing marketing or branded content.
• Portfolio and demo reel demonstrating photography, camera work, visual storytelling, video editing, audio, and finished assets across multiple formats.
• Ability to travel to shoots and events in Guam and elsewhere in the region; occasional evening or weekend shoots.

Responsibilities

• Produce photos and videos for campaigns, social media, digital advertising, television, in-store screens, print, events, and internal communications.
• Review briefs with supervisor and plan shots, equipment, locations, and production time.
• Photograph and film products, people, events, interviews, testimonials, and other subjects in studio and on location.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, microphones, and related equipment.
• Edit videos with pacing, audio, color correction, graphics, captions, and motion graphics as needed.
• Direct on-camera participants and coordinate production needs with the team.
• Organize, back up, and archive project files and assets.
• Ensure quality, brand consistency, and platform requirements before review.
