Job summary

IT&E in Hagåtña, Guam, seeks a skilled photographer and videographer to create marketing content for campaigns across digital, broadcast, and print. You will shoot in studio and on location, direct on-camera participants, and ensure content meets brand standards.

You will set up cameras and lighting, edit with Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, manage projects from brief to final delivery, and travel to shoots in Guam or the region.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in photography, film, video production, communications, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of professional photography, videography, and editing for marketing content.
• Portfolio and demo reel showing photography, camera work, editing, and final assets across formats.
• Experience managing projects from brief to final delivery with multiple deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to shoots in Guam and region; occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Uphold IT&E mission, policies, safety standards.
• Produce photos and videos for campaigns and channels.
• Plan shots, equipment, locations, and production time.
• Photograph and film products, people, events, and interviews.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment.
• Edit videos with pacing, audio, color, captions, and motion graphics.
• Retouch and export photographs for intended use.
• Prepare content versions for different platforms.
• Direct on-camera participants and coordinate production needs.
• Organize, back up, and archive files.
• Check quality, accuracy, brand consistency, and platform requirements.
• Manage projects and deadlines; communicate progress.
• Make revisions and deliver assets on schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
