Job summary

Superside is a fully remote company seeking a motion designer who can push the boundaries of motion design for top global brands. You will craft high-impact motion graphics, animated digital ads, and Lottie/Rive animations while collaborating with a world-class, globally distributed team of creatives.

This high-ownership role involves exploring new animation technologies, AI-powered tools, and interactive motion projects to elevate storytelling and client value.

Qualifications

• BA or higher in Design, Creative, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and video expertise.
• Mastery of After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop (3D and video editing a plus).
• Experience working with Rive and Lottie animations.
• Deep understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling.
• Ability to deliver pixel-perfect quality on time and within budget.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced motion tools and emerging creative tech.
• Knowledge of working with UI design systems.
• Preferably some understanding of HTML5.

You’ll work with top global brands, crafting high-impact motion graphics, animated digital ads, Lottie animations, and more, all while collaborating with a world-class, globally distributed team of creatives.
