Job summary

Empower LLC in Boston is seeking a creative Videographer & Editor to produce marketing and brand video content. You will assist with filming, lighting, audio, and editing for interviews, demos, customer stories, social content, events, and internal videos.

Work closely with the Senior Videographer and production team to ensure brand-consistent content across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and web platforms. A reel or samples are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of videography and video production experience.
• Proficiency in editing software: Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shoot prep, camera operation, lighting, audio, and on‑set support.
• Edit and assemble footage, audio syncing, basic graphics, and final exports.
• Adapt content for brand channels (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, web, internal) across platforms.
• Contribute fresh ideas and techniques to keep content modern and engaging.
• Maintain organization of footage, audio, graphics, and project files.
