Creative Marketing Specialist
Job Description:
As a Creative Marketing Specialist at InfiMed Solutions, you will be responsible for developing
and executing engaging marketing strategies to reach and inform our American consumer base.
You will collaborate closely with various departments to create compelling content that
enhances our online visibility, builds brand awareness, and supports our sales efforts. This role
requires a unique blend of creative flair, strong writing abilities, technical proficiency in web and
graphic design, and a solid understanding of SEO principles.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation (SEO Optimized Blogs): Collaborate with internal teams to research
and write high-quality, SEO-optimized blog posts on a wide range of durable medical
equipment product categories and industry-related topics tailored for American
consumers. - Social Media Management: Create engaging social media posts and visually appealing
graphics to build our online community and drive brand awareness across various
platforms. - Marketing Material Development: Design compelling flyers, brochures, and other
marketing collateral using Canva to support our outreach efforts. - Digital Advertising Support: Assist in the design and creation of visually effective
graphics and ad copy for Google and Facebook advertising campaigns. - Sales Enablement: Help develop and write clear and persuasive scripts and talking
points for our sales team members. - Web Design and Maintenance: Utilize Elementor and WordPress to contribute to
website design updates, content management, and ensure a user-friendly online
experience. - SEO and Backlinking: Implement SEO best practices in all content creation and
contribute to building a strong backlinking profile.
Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Creative Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
- Exceptional creative and professional writing skills with a strong ability to tailor
content for an American audience. - Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in using Canva to create visually
appealing marketing materials. - Solid web design skills and hands-on experience with Elementor and WordPress are
essential. - A good understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles and experience
with backlinking strategies is highly desirable. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- A portfolio showcasing your writing, graphic design, and web design skills will be a
significant advantage.
Interview Process:
- The interview process will include an assessment of your skills. You will be required to complete a real-time writing test (approximately 500 words) based on a given prompt. You may also be asked to demonstrate your graphic design and web design capabilities.
