Girl Scouts - North Carolina Coastal Pines represents 41 counties within North Carolina. Girl Scouts - North Carolina Coastal Pines, in partnership with Girl Scouts of the USA, has a mission to build girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place.
The Creative & Marketing Manager leads the execution and coordination of marketing efforts across the council. This role ensures brand consistency, manages campaigns, and oversees day‑to‑day marketing operations while contributing to high‑impact creative work. This position balances hands‑on execution and team coordination to support organizational goals and enhance visibility, engagement, and membership growth.
The annual salary range for this position is $60-65k, commensurate with experience.
The selected candidate must reside in North Carolina, specifically within our council’s 41-county service footprint.
