Finley & Cook, a growing Oklahoma marketing team, seeks a Marketing Assistant to support creative production and daily materials management. You will assist with layout in InDesign/Illustrator, create graphics in Canva, and help update content on WordPress while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with InDesign and Illustrator for layout and design.
• Canva proficiency for basic design and layout support.
• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS.
• Strong attention to brand standards and print/digital formats.
• Ability to follow directions, meet deadlines and stay organized.

Responsabilités

• Support creative production using InDesign/Illustrator for materials.
• Prepare and organize files, ensuring brand consistency across assets.
• Create and update visuals in Canva and assist with WordPress updates.
• Assist with day-to-day design tasks and print/digital distribution prep.
