Job summary

Axxess in Dallas seeks a Creative Manager with mastery in graphic design, web design, video production and leadership to guide and grow our creative team. You will translate brand identity into engaging visual and multimedia content across web and marketing channels while mentoring designers and producers.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Graphic Design or related field, 5+ years in design/creative direction, and a proven track record leading teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative visions to life.
Lead and mentor a team of designers, video producers, and digital creatives.
Maintain and enhance brand identity across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
Ensure brand consistency in design, messaging, and tone.
Work with marketing, product, and biz dev to support company objectives.
Present creative concepts and strategies to senior leadership.
Stay ahead of industry trends in web design and video production.
Introduce generative AI tools to boost productivity and creativity.
